Annual Fee Information for 2025
Warning: Annual fees are not refunded. You must file an annual fee exclusion submission prior to December 31

for individuals who will not require registration or approval as a permitted individual after this date. The submission must be filed in each applicable jurisdiction of registration to avoid annual fee charges. A 33-109F1 or F2 for the individual must follow. Contact your principal regulator to confirm whether individuals meet the criteria to file the submission.
To determine and notify the OSC regarding participation fees payable, go to
https://www.osc.ca/en/industry/registration-and-compliance/forms-and-documents
and submit the applicable online form 13-502F4 or 13-503F1. Late filing fee will incur if the applicable form was filed after November 1
st
, 2024.
NRD will be unavailable during the Annual Fee process as follows:
Preliminary Annual Fee Calculation: December 1

Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (formerly New Self-Regulatory Organization of Canada)
Canada's provincial and territorial securities regulators recognized the New Self-Regulatory Organization of Canada (New SRO) effective January 1, 2023. New SRO subsequently changed its name to the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) on June 1, 2023. The CIRO consolidates the functions of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) and the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (MFDA). For additional information, refer to
